As the core project for the rejuvenation of a historic neighborhood of Tel Aviv, a large plaza was created by closing the road between two abandoned schools which were renovated as a dance and theater center. The new plaza facilitates many related activities, as well as providing large and small public open space. Urban formality is mixed here with historic reminders.
