This bowl-shaped park provides ample space for rollerblading, outdoor theater, a large lawn and sitting area, and a shady picnic space. There is a central overlook with a spectacular view of Jerusalem. A pergola and a gazebo, together with existing mature pine trees, provide shady areas for viewing and relaxation. There is a colorful playground designed in collaboration with Israeli sculptor David Gerstein.
